Aklan 2012!

My friend recovered some of the photos from her USB! Too bad the other photosweren't recovered :( Oh well! At least I have some photosto show to you guys!

We arrived at Boracay, Aklan  at dusk so we had dinner after a few minutes of resting on our hotel.

We had shrimp, crab, onion soup, scallops, watermelon and coconut shake. Looking at this photo makes me hungry!

After having our dinner, we roamed around Station 1. After looking around, we watched some fire dancers  on the beach's shore.

Left to tight: My friends Kei and Dorothy. Me. We can feel the fire's heat on our faces!

After that, we all went to our hotel since we were all tired. In the morning we went parasailing!

We were scared and excited at the same time!

The view from the boat. We were really scared because it was about to rain!

Look at their faces! This is my favorite picture! My friend Dorothy (right) was about to puke!

After parasailing, we had our breakfast at Yellow Cab.
Left to Right. Kei, Me, Dorothy's Parents.

Then we ate ice cream for dessert at Fruits In Ice Cream. We all tried their Banoffe ice cream. It was really expensive! It wasn't delicious at all! =(
Banoffee Ice Cream.

After eating, we went back to Kalibo to attend a conference for 3 days. We met new friends from all over the world and experience the love of God in Youth for Christ's 19th International Leader's Conference!

Gifts from Josh our new friend from Singapore!

After that, we went back to Boracay! This time without any adults! We were so thrilled because we felt so independent! But it took as nearly an hour walking around looking for a cheap hotel with our heavy baggages! So much for independence!

The Zorb! There were Hydro Zorb and Harness Zorb. In Hydro Zorb, there's water inside the big ball while you are freely moving inside. In Harness Zorb, you are harnessed inside the big ball and you roll with the ball! Lauren and Kei went for Hydro Zorb while Me and Dorothy went for Harness Zorb. Hydro Zorb was more fun while Harness Zorb was more extreme!

Lauren and Kei went first. The attendants told us we can lie on our front and let the ball roll on us. We thought it will hurt but we barely felt it at all!

The camera died when it was our turn! All I have to say is that I didn't knew Harness Zorb was that extreme! It was the most extreme experience I felt! I was screaming so loud! The ball was rolling for 10 seconds but it felt like a minute!

My vacation in Aklan was simply amazing! I felt connected with nature. It was the feeling I won't easily get while living in the city with high rise buildings and pollution. There you can breathe in the fresh air.

Summer 2011: Boracay!

We went to Boracay for 4 days last summer. It was the highlight of my summer and I'm going back this Monday! I'm so excited because last time I went, I was with my family. This time, I'm gonna go with my friends from highschool! So before I go, I wanna share with you guys my stay in Boracay last summer!

Snorkeling. I love the beach's clear blue water. You can see the fishes and corals from the boat!

That's me on the zip-line. It was really fun! I was really nervous to jump because it was so freaking high! I screamed really hard during the fall! I wanna try this again!

My mom rocking her empire waist dress.

I'll be gone for a week and I'm gonna blog about my trip to Bora after my vacation! But my memory card got lost so I can't use my camera!! I hope I find it before the trip so I can post pictures!

Floral Print Dress

Floral dresses are definitely in this spring. You can pair 'em up with flats and a cute cardigan for a dainty look or with a pair of gladiator sandals and dream catcher earrings for a day at the beach!

Black And Gold Or White And Silver?

Like what my blog title suggests, I'm addicted to anything gold. But I like silver too. So guys! What do you prefer? Black and gold or white and silver?

As you can see, these are two similar outfits. Sleeveless shirt with skinny jeans. Cambridge Satchel and studded loafers accessorized with bangles. I'm totally gonna wear this in a normal college day or a casual get together with my friends.

Trends: Peplums

Peplums were first seen in the 40's. And they're back as one of the hottest trends in runways! I absolutely adore peplums! They add that vintage feel in any outfit.

Me and Matthew! Don't mind my bed hair!

Look! He's sticking his hands into his mouth! He's really fond of doing that.

Believing Despite It All

Here I am trying to blog! I thought of blogging a long time ago but didn’t really started anything. I promise myself to really blog this time! I wanna be an influential Fashion blogger like Camille Co of itscamilleco.com and Kryz Uy of kryzuy.com with thousands of followers and sponsors. But before that, I have to have a decent dlsr camera first =)! That’s like the most important possession of a fashion blogger! Maybe in a few months? Years?

Anyways, I’m Anna Fatima Salas but you can call me Timmy! 15 years on Earth and counting. I’m from Tarlac (Moving to Manila in a couple of months for College) Philippines. I’m gonna study at De La Salle University Manila and will take up BS Marketing. After I finish a business degree, I intend to pursue a fashion degree. I wanna be a fashion designer as well as an entrepreneur.
I don’t really have a definite fashion style but I like Asian Fashion, Classic, Preppy and 50’s Vintage.
Aside from being fashion conscious, I also read mangas and young adult fiction books. I’m also a swimmer. Participated in a couple of competitions but I think I’m just your average swimmer.
I’m a perfectionist, I don’t live in mediocrity so I like most things perfect. A minor glitch can lead me to repeating the whole work all over again.
I’m also addicted to old stuffs. I love Vintage and Retro Fashion, 80’s movies and music, and classical music. My favorite subject is History.
Soooooooooooo, I think that’s enough for my first post! Follow me and I promise to follow back! I’ll be blogging mostly about fashion and my daily life!

Ignore my messy hair! It got stuck on the horn!
